Introducing DD9 Connections

The pandemic highlighted all that was good in our community, with people, groups and businesses rallying round to help and support families, friends and neighbours in their time of need. Yet it also showed us how isolating life can be without connections especially for people without digital access.

Brechin Healthcare Group have received funding to allow them to put together a free local magazine, called ‘DD9 Connections’, the magazine will share local information and updates for people living across the DD9 area of Brechin, Edzell, Edzell Woods and the Glens.

The magazine will contain a combination of community news, schools’ updates, editorials, business advertisements, useful contacts and each issue will provide a spotlight feature on a local group as well as a local business.

DD9 Connections will look to offer a much-valued resource, shining a light on the things that people want more of and on the things they want to share with others whilst being a great investment for anyone looking to promote their business to the local community.

Copies will be available for people to pick up from local businesses, community facilities and local organisations, or delivered direct to people’s doors if preferred with the plan being to have a wide appeal across the local area.

Our A5 sized magazine will be printed on premium paper, with full-colour or black and white advertisements available (a price list is included).
