You can contact your own GP surgery to make an appointment. If this service is not available at your surgery, you could also call the Community Listening Service directly on 07967771941 and arrangements will be made for you to meet one of the team. Alternatively call The Jenner Centre on the number given on the poster and your details will be passed on to the Listening Service team. Due to Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, please do not come to the centre without an appointment.
